Breakthrough - Kung Lao Permanently losing Laos hat vs Konjurer

Thanks to RS Myles Webster for sending the original video my way to look at, we were able to narrow it down and figure out exactly how to make this work.

This bug is Konjurer Alien specific.

Konjurer Alien can make Kung Lao's hat permanently disappear. This is done by using the Facehugger Egg and grabbing the opponent the second the facehugger makes contact with lao. Time this correctly and when the hat flies off Lao's head for the throw animation, it never returns to his head.

This means Lao is unable to use any of his hat based normals. Some of his special moves also have strange animations and hitboxes. The hat is still on the stage but is nowhere near where Lao is meant to put it.

It gives some super weird results and is likely to happen in a real match. if the Konjurer player mistimes their grab setup and gets the grab frames after the facehugger hits, this could definitely happen to the Lao player.
