Opponent is forced to block at full screen? [LIU KANG]

So I was in practice mode practicing with Liu kang and I was doing iAFB to where it would hit my standing AI opponent, So then I set the AI to auto block and I did an iAFB followed by an EX flying kick and I think it connects as if it were a blockstring but then again im not sure. Can somebody test this out with another human? please & thank you.

Note: You have to be at full screen.

Did it combo for you? Did you get something like 14% damage? I just tested and it doesn't work. Auto block is the most inconsistent thing in practice mode.
