[ONLINE] Russian UMK3 Retrobit online-1 tourney "New Year".Results & videos & replays

Hello to everyone. At last weekend we have compleete the first online tourney from retrobit.ru. There was about 23 players.

Here is results:
1. Cold Death - 1500 roubles (50 $).
2. mafioso - 800 roubles (25$)
3. edgbla - 500 roubles (17$) (donate his prize for next tourney)
4. ZORG - 200 roubles (7$)
5-6 Defras-13, Danik
7-8 JetsGoRiLL, Semka
9-10 Stealth, Forester
Rules:
MAME++0.119. P2P is the primary playing format
groups: best of 9 (first to 5)
full double: best of 13 (first to 7)
finals and semi's: best of 19 (first to 10)
From time to time and player to player ping was from 0-10 to 80-100.

Good vids, I liked that Nightwolf a lot. Looks like you guys have some serious players.
Also really like the diversity of characters used, lot of variety in the matches.

Do you guys always play first to 10 matches in a set? That was a really long semifinal.

Yeah, pretty long and pretty close match. But more chances to prove skill. Wait for next matches. We prepearing it.

Watch for this topic, and later we will upload another videos (from grand final Etc.) It is realy hot! =). Now we're preparing them.

No, there is no any bans, but some players thinks what this two characters is too strong and not balanced well. So they essentially don't pick Kabal and hsmoke, even if they lost his matches(for example - Cold Death). But my opinion - what hsmoke and kabal is part of UMK3, and you can't forget them. And that's just the way it is =)
