John Stewart is an architect and veteran U.S. Marine from Detroit Michigan, who was selected by the Guardians as Hal Jordan’s backup after Guy Gardner was seriously injured in a disaster.

John Stewart has become a major recurring character in the Green Lantern mythos within the DC Universe. He starred in the short-lived spin-off comic Green Lantern: Mosaic, of which DC published 18 issues between June 1992 and November 1993. Additionally, he was the primary character in Green Lantern vol. 2 from issues #182 through #200, when Jordan relinquished his place in the Corps (1984–1986). He is one of DC's first black costumed superheroes.

Hopefully we atleast get an alternate green latern skin for injustice for john, he is my fav green lantern

he doesnt have to have hals voice im sure NRS can easily change this, just look at how they altered cyrax and cyblax voice, and sektors and human sektors voice in mk, im sure this can be easily done.

They just had the regular voice actors record lines and robotize it though. However if they did have two voice actors for him, I'd be all yes please. Honestly, I wanted John in over Hal because of the old Justice League show >_>

exactly, john was a badass in the justice league show, thats where my love 4 the character came from, i grew up on that show, it was my fav.

exactly, john was a badass in the justice league show, thats where my love 4 the character came from, i grew up on that show, it was my fav.

Exactly why I love John. I grew up with the JL cartoons of the 2000s, so this particular incarnation is why I like Green Lantern altogether.
