Lex has some horrible match ups where you can just use lasers over and over which is why I hate superman players the most, but most zoners.

I think he is in the same boat as Lex, he is a very strong character, but has some horrible match ups.

Thanks, guys. Really. I appreciate the help. I still have a long way to go before I'm tourney competent. I'm starting to think that I respect my opponents too much. And I recently had a #realtalk convo with Usedcars and Mao about jumping. I don't cross-up much, because I fear anti-air. It may be a hold up from MK, where anti-air was much easier for some people/characters(not me. I am awful at anti-air and anti-cross-ups in MK), so I was always conditioned not to try for a jump.

And I need to create some drills for myself where I cancel into bats off different strings, toss 'em, jump, toss 'em, more pressure, etc.

Eventually, I want to really work hard in the lab on Deathstroke. I really like him, but his midscreen game makes no sense to me. At all. I understand it conceptually, but putting it into practice seems so...awkward.

I've also batted my eyelashes at Nightwing. I hear tell he's quite good.

Basically though, I need to think more like a disrespectful rushdown player, I think.

GGs to every one who played me. I grow more with every loss.

He doesn't seem so bad. Vs Batman I think it pretty bad tho. Isn't he a mid tier tho? No one represents him at all to see what he can really do and no one finding tech for him. I think he is a really fun character to use. Would love to see Shazam and Lex in top 8.

Rude I recommend trying to work on releasing bats into a crossup. It's seriously hard to avoid if you do it right. I have a lot of faith in your Batman and am always willing to help you with my many characters lol

VGGS Killin Natzees. Lobo is no joke damage-wise. Plus, his oki game can be scary if you're unprepared.

Lol that was a really intense set. I drop that damn b3 so much lol. Great games and that Batman is getting better every time I play him lol. Idk what was up but I couldn't fuzzy b23 for shit lol. Awesome set though

Vggs to streetsweep187. Over 50 games. Damn. Good Grundy you have there and you definitely getting better along with the rest of NRF and good to see you learning that Superman MU quite well. If you need any help against Superman just ask I know his F23 can be frightening to some lol.

Ya man it was definitely an intense set we had. Im down to fight anytime I have the time to do it. Ive been very busy the last month or so and I havent been on as much as id like to be..DAMN your superman is scary. The f23 I can deal with I think.. its the f23breath with trait that makes me nervious :confused: vggs buddy

Yeah most I ever had in 1 set lol. Though next time we both on send an invite. Sometimes im not sure if you away from your PS3.

Haha thanks. Been working on new things with Superman. And I used F23 breath combined with trait since that one Grundy move has armor and Superman negates it lol.

Does NRS blocking style piss anyone else off? I think it would have much more hype if blocking was much more instant especially when fuzzy blocking. I swear most people land 50/50's simply because they are holding one direction and even though they change directions during the animation they still get hit.
