UU = UnderUsed. In other words, mid tier.

Pokemon tiers:

Ubers = God Tier (Banned)
OU = OverUsed/Top Tier
BL = BorderLine/High Tier
UU = UnderUsed/Mid Tier
RU = RarelyUsed/Low Tier
NU = NeverUsed/Bottom Tier
LC = Little Cup/Baby Tier

Anyone remember a Pokemon game that had a black cartridge? I think it used the original cards in the game as well. Was for the Game Boy Color or somethinglike that.

Admittedly I played pretty heavily last generation. Still play here and there in this one, but a lot less so. Just got tired of the extreme same-team syndrome early in its lifespan and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Seriously surprised to see anyone on TYM of all places playing it, though.

Yeah, right now OU honestly is super-poop IMO. Ubers is where it's at, and honestly, I believe Ubers rotation will end up as the best metagame as soon as one of the battle sims decides to program it in. The devs are seriously brushing off triple/rotation, and it's stupid, because rotation is clearly godlike.

I actually never played rotation or triples. Actually, I haven't even played B/W. Just the metagame on sims. Team preview still has a bad feeling on me, it just took away a surprise element - which had a lot of value for certain Pokemon. It just strips away one layer of prediction. Woulda made Zoroak really good, too. But nothing near broken.

I was in Philadelphia a few weeks ago for the VGC tournament and went 4-3 in the 7-round swiss using a my friend's team that I had never used before. It was a lot of fun even though the tournament started 3.5 hours late. There's a strong possibility that I will be going to Canadian Nationals in Toronto on July 1st, probably with a Gravity team. Is anyone else going to make the trip?
