Last tournament was roughly 3 hours with 14 competitors. That seems fair time wise. Could be more or less depending on players.

Typically a few hours. Top 8 is what usually takes the longest since they're all streamed. All really just depends on if everyone is doing their matches in a efficient manner or not.
