Obligatory 2d vs 3d poll

What do you want? 2D or 3D?

Fluid 2D animation would be awesome, so fluid that it looks 3D. I've got an old laptop, so something that would work on it would be nice, but I dont think people would like max. requirements of 16MB graphics .

2.5, I doubt that they will ever do 2D again..
They are all about graphics and making things look bloody rather than something less graphic intensive that would limit lag.

2.5D would at least satisfy them enough to focus on solid gameplay.
(Even though I think that most of the good points of MK gameplay in the past were by luck).

They definitely got a bit lucky, but Ive had a look into the viability of making a 2D fighting game and I think they did a damn good job with collisions and pushbacks. I dont think it would be possible to make any game at all that is not at least a tiny bit broken.

2D - only a dream to never come true.

2.5D - the only saving grace for MK, unless they grew a pair and did a fully 2D game.

3D - Never again, please. Unless its another SM.
