That's not the only way for Jax though. Do a dash punch after overhead and you will get the exact thing. Do a dash punch after f4,1,3 and you'll get the same effect too. And it doesn't work only for Jax. Different characters have different setups for this. It seems that the right corner of the game is just fucked up.
