You can connect 212 dash f221xdb1, but you need to input f221 when opponent is low to the ground. Works on Kollector, don't know about female characters

Yea I hate to say it but I had to disable mine. I was trying some combo I think with Sub 1,2 df4 and kept getting sf2. That was a good second ago I pressed 1 and clearly release before I started the motion. And I've loved negative edge since killer instinct 1.
