If you're beginner, who is interested in Noob Saibot, then this guide by TrueUnderDawg is a great place to start.
I'm sure that it will be helpful to more experienced players, who want a quick route to master all the basics of Noob Saibot.
 
You can connect 212 dash f221xdb1, but you need to input f221 when opponent is low to the ground. Works on Kollector, don't know about female characters
 
I fully acknowledge that I'm a scrub, but could release check (negative edging) be a possible reason why I can't seem to get the timing right on some of my combos? My button presses feel really delayed/imprecise.

Yes turn off release check.

Yea I hate to say it but I had to disable mine. I was trying some combo I think with Sub 1,2 df4 and kept getting sf2. That was a good second ago I pressed 1 and clearly release before I started the motion. And I've loved negative edge since killer instinct 1.

Turning it off helped a ton with my combos. Now I just have to git gud with juggle timings. I SUCK at them at the moment lol

Yeah it's tricky timing for that second string. I can't imagine with extra delay online how consistent that one will be.
