Ninja Gaiden 3 or Resident Evil ORC

I only have $65 and I am not sure whether to get NG3 or RE Operation Raccoon City. Leaning towards NG3 (loved NG2), but RE is always fun.

I feel RE will be mediocre/good, but always fun.
I feel like NG3 will be amazing but something I'll have to be in the mood for.

RE:ORC sounds like it got some bad early reviews...

NG3 is probably going to be "fun" but iono about good. I have to see how ninja dog does after itagaki

Really, I don't think I'd get either at full price. NG3 is in the same boat as DmC to me; too many changes to trust based on the series name alone. I'm treating it as an entire new series at this point. RE hasn't really been all that good since RE4, so take that in to account.

Neither of those games are released yet. Why worry now?

Personally I go for RE just b/c it has multilayer co-op I can play with my friends.

I can see it being fun just to rip people open. Yeah though, I can't see it blowing my mind.
That's also why I am not sure about RE; I'll always like Dead Space more.
