Yes but the splat gives you the same timing and the Klone is closer making it hard for someone to move.
Is it a stupid question to ask if 112 is a hard knockdown? Feels like it and sometimes I use it just to get settled in the corner to begin the mind games.
An easy way to test if something is a HKD is change the AI settings in training mode to roll. If they can roll it isn't a HKD.
