It's definitely not. If you try to jump out of this setup, all he gets is the first hit of the next string, and if he dialed it all in already he gets punished. It's a lot of plus frames but there are ways to get out of this.

b212+4 blade drop is +4
f12+4 and f122+4 (2nd hit) quick kall is +10

It block infinites any character with an 8 frame or slower move:
Takeda
Kenshi
Kitana
Johnny Cage
Jason
Erron Black

Chef, what are the options for characters with less than an 8f poke? Take the hit like 2~NDC?

IIRC, they removed Liu Kang's block infinite. It's likely they will do the same here.

But honestly, I can't say I didn't expect something like this to come from a character who received the most buffs out of everybody.
