Okay, so I always get punished in the corner when I do bomb setup b3d4 after F2 by the AI and knew something fishy was going on.
Working with @Superman Rz we figured out that if you delay wakeup, you cannot punish and are at minus frames from the freeze. But if you don't delay wakeup, you can get punish off.
In this clip I am Kung Lau and recorded CS0 doing one setup and then holding block, so that the timing is identical. The first time I delay my wakeup. The second time I do not.
@Tom Brady let me know if you have labed this out at all, maybe it is due to something other than the block stop.
