Nerf Jago?

I was playing tonight and noticed people busting through some of my old frame traps and I could not get the double manual on instinct, I usually do mk mk or mk hp. I believe the changed advantage on block of lk and crouching lk from 2 to 1 and maybe changed some more stuff as I was pulling the old numbers from http://www.primagames.com/games/killer-instinct/feature/killer-instinct-frame-data-analysis-jago. Also I believe the might have change the frame advantage on instinct, I believe it use to be +4. So it looks like they might have nerfed jago on the last update.

The thing that bothers me the most about jago is that when hes comboing you he has the easiest manuals so hes hard to breaker and if he drops his combo, derpderp it doesnt matter hes still plus after the manual

I throw a few double roundhouses as a manual in combos, so if it drops the first hit on the manual the second one hits if they are not blocking. So I guess I use this issue a lot.
