Need to practice my superman MU (xbl)

hey guys, im a mid-level player and i main Frost. For whatever reason my Superman MU is just god fucking awful and has remained that way. Really need some supes practice.

any supes out there who are pretty good and interested in some KF practice down to do some sets on xbl? no mic but i have skype if anyone can use it while playing, or we can just do some silent sets. anywhere on east coast would be a great connection probably. tired of getting bodied by superman.
