I know that everyone loses, but when i do i either have to vent my anger or suffer heart palpitations and irregular beats, also chest pain. Im solving my problems soon, all competatve games gotta go
Assuming that you are physically ok, these are heavy stress symptoms. If it's really that serious stop playing and contemplate whats really bothering you so much. Get someone to help you in the process eventually.

Jesus is my Lord and Savior!
Well i really had similar issues back in the days with tekken6.
What helped me fighting my anger was when i found Jesus. Some might hate me for that but faith can get some stability.

U need to get rid of the thought that losees might influence ur life. Had the same thought thats why you get mad at others too because you probably see a loss in the game as a loss in life. It also leads to doubting yourself and that can hurt your selfasteem. Well thats what i can say as far as my experience go ^^

1) fuck doctors. You're not juicing up, you don't take any meditation in general as I understand and you bother making a thread about your anger at the site of the game that pisses you off, but still want to play. You are mentally FINE

2) FUCK weed... no I won't elaborate weed mofos, so you keep smoking it

3) Tea helps. If you like different tastes, it helps a little bit more

4) jerking off as coolwhip said is pro tip. I personally recommend a good brothel or whatever you have in town, but you said you are short on cash

5) play indies. Games from small studios with simple graphics. The more realistic the game, the more damage the loss. win or finish has the same satisfaction, this only depends on how much time you've played. (we feel happier finishing a 40 hour action rpg than super mario)

If the above are not enough:

A. Find a punching bag and a pair of gloves. You won't have energy for being angry at home

B. Find a sparring partner. Preferably a friend of yours with a past on some fighting sport or some guy you can trust there won't be a problem if you bleed each other
