This thread is to help anyone struggling fighting kabal. I've played with a lot of people on psn and they sit there while I pressure them not knowing what to do. Kabal is a handful for almost all of the cast so its good to know the frame data. I'm making it easy to read because I know there are a lot of you that don't know what to look for.

Frames and Advantages
I wanted to add the block advantages so you know what you can punish if the ndc doesn't come out. I've seen a lot of kabals get away with messing up a ndc.
Specials;
Nomad dash - 18 frame start up - Can be canceled at the 16th frame <--this is how you can figure out advantages
Tornado Slam - Overhead, 21frame start up, -9 on block
Buzzsaw - Low, 9frame start up, -12 on block
Nomad Charge - 11frames - Can be canceled on the 12th frame - super armor ONLY on start up
Strings
F3 - 13 Frames, -2 on block, cancel advantage on block +17 <--How you can tell if you poke or armor out
F32 - Second hit is 15 frame start up, -4 on block, cancel advantage on block +19
B1 - 13 frames, on block -3, cancel advantage on block +18
B12 - second hit 23frames, -16 on block, cancel advantage +19,
1 - 13frames, 0 on block, cancel advantage on block +14
11 - second hit is 12frames, -3 on block, cancel advantage on block +14
111 - third hit is 16 frames, -2 on block, cancel advantage on block +25
11B4 - third hit is 17frames, -10 on block, cancel advantage on block +18,
