Some random MK Generations raw, unedited material...

@Art Lean

I know you'll enjoy it, so I'm tagging you.

Holy fuck!!! That looks great fun, cheesy but fun. The Eric Roberts bits felt pure Conquest (felt like Meek’s Raiden).

Shit, that’s not officially hosted, PLEASE can you download it before WB cease and desist it so I know there’s a back up if it gets taken down before I can rip it from a Youtube download site??? I’m at work for another 5 hours and am trying to ensure I capture every piece of media from Legacy 3: X Generations!

Never mind, I was a massive geek and drove home on my lunch break... all preserved now

The footage is raw so unfair to review from, plus it’s very disjointed given it’s just snippets. Certainly want to see more of Cage and Shang, Tagawa should be given lifetime entitlement of the role. And loved the footage of young Cassie with Johnny.

Was NOT expecting Ferra/Torr, was a very low-fi version of them admittedly but pleasant enough.

The Eric Roberts scene with Lewis Tan felt very low budget and miscast (if he’d been a homage to Conquest’s Raiden he’d be perfect, but as Bo Rai Cho? Seems very poorly cast), but again it’s missing the effects shots and without any action scenes or tutoring it’s still unfair to review it with any major scrutiny. Felt very MK Conquest though so was still fun and nostalgic to watch.

As for the Kombat Kids and Kano, all seemed ok, again too raw to really comment on, but was a nice foundation that has me even more curious to see the final production.

Thanks so much for sharing! :)

Some more new clips in these teasers, Shang himself saying "It has begun!" (love a nice nostalgic throwback to 1995) along with some (albeit brief) closer footage of Cole's armour. Appears to be growing or spawned from his dragon birth mark, would suggest it's perhaps some kind of bio-armour he has? Notice Sub Zero has effectively cocooned someone on the wall behind him:

I took the day off for this.
I think I might like it.
I gladly would but there'd be no point; there's no HBO Max or cinema where I live, so I need to allow time for all the Ukrainian Putlocker mirror sites to upload a 720p pixelated porn-popup-expelling pirated stream of it... and I figure that'll take the best part of a day? So I might as well just go to work instead. :coffee:

Damn, I never shed a tear for a man I’ve never met.
First time for everything.
Be strong, Mr. Lean

Where do you live? I'm asking because TMK is from Australia and he thought the same thing, but then he looked it up and it turns out it streams from a different platform there. I can't remember what it is, but it was like some type of HBOMax mirror service they have over there

Jersey in the British Channel Islands, and I want to stress I would happily and very gladly, givingly, support this movie day 1 if I have an available option to do so.

But, to the best of my knowledge, HBO Max is not available in Britain, nor is there a streaming service that are distributing its IPs to this territory in lieu of its service, whilst our local cinema (a Cineworld complex) closed down during lockdown last year, then the land was sold for redevelopment whilst it was shut, so it's never going to reopen. We're a 9 miles by 5 miles island in the British Channel, we're not a priority in anybody's books and there's no other options unless I go to the mainlands (either the UK or France), but I can't due to travel restrictions due to covid.

I LOVE MK and have since 1992, and SO want to support the new movie day 1 financially, I don't care if it's rubbish (the trailers alone prove it'll be better than Annihilation already and that's good enough for me after 24 years of waiting) and want to help in any way I can to let them know there's demand and adoration for live action Mortal Kombat productions. But I live somewhere where sadly on release date I don't believe I have any option to see it legitimately and support it financially, except through shitty elicit means and I really don't want to. I'll pay for it gladly the day it releases, but I don't see any options that are available to me to do so. And by that same token I'm not waiting 6 months for that opportunity, I want to see it in 3 weeks time with the rest of you but sadly for me that means I can't do so in a financially supportive way because it seems there's no means to do so at present. I will pay for it the moment I can, even if I thought it was crap when I do see it, I've waited since 1997 for a third movie, I want there to be more (hell I've got all the UK DVDs of Conquest, the Australian DVDs of Conquest AND the US DVDs of Conquest... because I'm clearly insane), no matter how this one turns out, but I've also sadly not been given many legitimate options to see it on April 16th 2021.

Give me a territorially-viable option on 16th April Warner Bros and I'll happily give you my debit card numbers, however if they're not available to my territory, sorry but I'll be googling putlocker mirrors until you give me the opportunity to say thank you with my money for real. You've restricted my options to be financially supportive on day one, it's nothing to do with me not wanting to.

same here. The cinemas opened up in June 2020 and re-closed in October the same year.
No streaming services like HBO max available here either.

I WANT to pay for this movie and support it. But there is no other choice for me other than pir acy atm....

In my country cinemas re-opened like... two weeks ago I think. And COVID cases are now on the rise again, people saying we're about to get hit by the second wave soon... maybe cinemas will close soon, I hope it's after MK's release date

Oh, my days !
Does anybody know the budget of the movie?
I was asking myself the same question...
A few days ago I went looking to the movie's wikipedia page and there, it said 120 million.
It stayed like this for 2 days , tops. Now it's blank again.
Back when Kevin Tancharoen was still in the project (late 2013), my eye caught someone, somewhere talking about a 50-60 million budget.

That's all the information I have my friend. But I believe ( like the duration of the film) that until anything is official, we will not know.

Don't you have Now TV? I know they had the Snyder cut. They seem to get all the HBO stuff.

Hadn’t heard of it, just looked it up, see it’s part of Sky, oof it’s not cheap is it! £11.99 a month just for the movies and I hardly watch ever movies these days, but I see it has a free 7 day trial, so if it launches on there will I be able to sign up for the free trial then cancel? If not I’ll consider that cost to see it, £11.99 is admittedly less than the cost of the cinema here.

Is there any way to see ahead of schedule to confirm they’ll be getting it?

I’d rather just make a one off rental purchase off Amazon personally however, then there’s no risk of me getting caught up with a subscription I don’t want and will never use, plus I know my money’s going towards the one product not a lot of other things I don’t need.

You can indeed do the free trial then cancel it before it's set to renew.

But yeah, no confirmation that MK is coming to it yet - I'm just assuming here because all HBO content seems to go to Now TV first. Think they have a deal with them. So I'd say it's a pretty safe bet.
