We are good to go tomorrow.

It opens up at 3pm.
I will be there as of 3pm.
People can start showing up at that time or for 3:30pm.

Here is a message from the co-owner:
Right now on Sundays, 1 or 2 tv setups are reserved for the BlazBlue guys. So for tomorrow, you guys will have 1 setup and maybe a second one if the place is not too crowded with our regular customers.
Basically, we are more than welcome that you do your meetups here but the same conditions will apply to your group as for BlazBlue and now, UMVC3 group. Where you guys can be noisy but not to the point of annoying the other people around
Your group consumption have to match the space that you are occupying. Meaning if you were to have 2 setups and 2 out of 10 people buy stuff, then we will most likely shrink it to 1 setup if other customers require to sit down.

So basically, Dont be a fucking asshole to the people around you and we should be fine.
Hype and Money matches is cool, but please refrain from making our group look like fools.
This can really take our community far.
There is no venue fee to come here. They give you space and tvs to use, so please at least buy a drink or a snack.
The less we buy, the less space and future accommodations we get. We don't need to spend spend spend, but its fairly cheap and reasonable for what you get. I FUCKING suggest the damn rape Dumplings and a Stewart root beer for starters.
I will bring my xbox 360. I have two converters so you can use your ps2 pad on my console.
We will have someone else bring a ps3 console with 2 pads.
It would be preferred to bring your own ps3 pad/xbox 360 pad/ ps2 pad / stick.
I might convince another friend of mine coming up sunday so he can finaly be motivated to step up his game
