You'd have to order one. I had to, and I also agree with c-sword ps2 > ps3.
If you are going to play on pad, should always be a ps2. If not just use a stick.

No I use a ps2 pad, and I use a glove with that as well. The glove creates friction and allows me to slide my fingers on the Dpad.
I used to use a stick for sf4, but I just do not like it in this game. This game feels like it was designed to be played on a pad.
That, and I have been using a pad for like the past 5 years, from playing Smash as well. Just used to it.

I was frustrated with my execution, :S so I continually messed up. It takes too much practice to maintain a decent kabal .
