Its more or less just the soldering that I am having a problem with.
I was informed I could use something called "Flux" to clean all the solders off my welds, and just start a new. but i still would prefer to have some assistance especially with someone who has done what I have been trying to do

I see. I'm far from being an expert on soldering, but I could probably help a little.
For starters, flux is used for cleaning the surface you want to solder to. If you want to clean up a messy tack, I suggest a desoldering pump.

I'm pretty busy these days, but if you want me to come over to help, PM me and we can figure something out.

small update for the montreal peeps. Sunday there will be ranbats and we will watch mlg on my laptop.There won't be a stream because of mlg. Stream returns next week.

So I was wearing one of my MK shirts at work today, some guy came up to me and started talking about the game, I told him about our weekly ranbats, hope that you guys don't mind, cause I don't think he's on TYM.

Btw, is anyone interested in the fight stick that came with the TE? I have it on the PS3 and I'm trying to get rid of it, maybe for $60.
