Question MKXL no Kombat pack 2

Hi guys, so today I went and bought mkxl, turned it on, updated the game/system and found out I can't play the last mkxl kp2 characters (alien,bo,leather,tri, it was my understanding that if you bought mkxl (hard disc) you got both Kombat packs? I only have the first kp, why?

Yea thanks bro I played with goro and when I went back to the character select screen the kp2 characters were playable now, weird but problem solved, thanks man.
