Its already -15 on block which was hard to punish in MK9, consider that some characters have t-Rex arms, but you're obviously trolling about this one LOL

Clearly I was not. EN Elbow Dash is already interruptable and it has no invincibility frames on wake-up. Elbow Dash is a trash move and needs to be buffed. Should be overhead too.
