MK3 PC control problem

ok everytime i set my control and hit save button it won't do the job!
it keep uses T for up for 2nd player

How to fix it ?

mk3 dos i guess, i had similar problem with mk2 dos

yea I couldn't seem to change the KB layout of MK2 DOS either, luckily that the default was what i was going to have it as anyways, QWE, ASD = HPBLKHK, LPRUNLK

Idk why but when I tried to play UMK3 on the Mame it was SOOOOOO slow. It must be my computer or something but I just couldn't play it was so slow and lagged like a whore in church.

UMK DS is faster. I played against a couple people on mame after I played DS all day and it was hard to pull anything off.
