MK11 female designs are... extremely underwhelming

Yeah, they did such a great job with most of the male costumes, why was it hard to give women personality too? I mean for crying out loud, wtf is with the mass effect suits? Just give her her tux and a workout outfit and call it a day. Damn, all these things just made me realized how uninspired their creative department was for these female costumes, especially for SF characters.

I mean I like Sonya's Lara Croft-inspired outfit, and her workout ones are cool too, but the colours are still ass.

DLCs better have some good costumes dude. I mean, it's not that important, but I hope the customization items are the flashy part of the costumes cause they are generic AF.

Yeah, I am all for bomber jackets I think it fits Cassie a bit more, but they look too generic. Like Cassie's stuff should be flashy she's Johnny's daughter.

A matter of opinion. Her costumes look generic as hell to me when compared to other characters. Like, for real, Sonya has way more variety and personality to her outfits. That's just one man's opinion though.

I don't know, dude. Cassie and Sonya have boring same-y outfits but the rest of the ladies have much better, more colorful, and varied looks imo. Jade, Kitana, Skarlett, Jacqui, anf D'vorah all have enough diversity in their costumes that it feels worth unlocking the new looks. Cetrions outfits look bad to me too tho just because the ones I've seen are ALL way too busy. Weve only seen one Frost look but I think that looks great too. Also holding out hope for some of that BALD FROST

First of all, that maybe explains one shitty skin per character, what's the others' excuse?

Second, it's possible to have a uniform with personality. Look at Cassie's primary in MKX, or Sonya's primary in MK11. They both have infinitely more personality than any skin Cassie has in 11.

Third, MK isn't a realism simulator. Old Johnny and young Jax are both S-F, why do they get away with not having any uniform skins at all? Or do you want Scorpion to start dressing like a totally authentic real ninja?

I watched the video and I must admit that I am shocked at Cassie's outfits. She had one of the biggest personalities in MKX and had designs which really complimented her. I thought they would be really creative with her in MK11 and have a bit more fun with her smart ass / youthful persona. There is so much you can do to this character, so it is disappointing.

All of the bland recolours of the armor suits are really uninspired. There is no option for something similar to her MKX darker coloured suit.

As someone said above... this seems really rushed and uncreative. In saying that, Kitana and D'vorah look fantastic. Jade and Skarlet have some great ones too.

In MKX I liked using the camo pattern on her 1P too, I wonder if camo skin is in this. If I can camo her 1P in this that would look good to me.

Maybe she will get a skin in the Kombat Pack, or something from a non-pack skin pack...since I suspect all skins will not be in the Pack.

When I first saw the trailer of Cassie I thought she was a version of Sonya from the past. That is how original she is. Her looks aren't the only thing that is unoriginal from her design. Every character has moves that you can remember them for, (Scorpion: Spear, Liu Kang: Bicycle kick, Johnny: nut punch, raiden: superman etc) what would you remember Cassie for? She copies Johnny nut punch and straight kick. I believe Sonya, Cassie and Jacquie are wasted character slots that could have gone to female characters with more unique designs like Sindel, Sheeva, Mileena, Tanya, Frost or male characters like nightwolf etc. Im also not so happy with changing the look of kitana to asian (she has never been asian)

Been trying to avoid major spoilers, but is this literally every outfit you can unlock for Cassie in the Krypt? That would be very...disappointing.

So basically two outfits, one normal military one and one future military one. Both of them have a slight variation where she wears something slightly different on her upper body.

How the hell did they not give Cassie of all people a more casual look? Strange decision there.

That Space Suit armor looks terrible, though, lol. If they really wanted to give her a Space Marine style outfit they should have just gone all the way and copied 40K's Sisters of Battle outfits. Instead, they seemed to have drawn inspiration from the terrible looking Mass Effect armors. Oh well.
