MK1 Arcade 1.0 without Pit Fatality?

Ive got some cheap MK1 Arcade Board, it was cheap because there are missing the cable,s from the Soundboard to the Mainboard, anyway.
It says 1.0 in the Operators Menu but this version is very strange, no blood at all, fatalitys dont work and Pit Fatality doesnt work also!
What version is this.
Because I checked 1.0 in MAME and Fat. & Pit worked.
Maybe I have some very rare (and expensive ol: ) beta version?
