You may already be aware of the Kompendium, a massive fanwork that is attempting to be the number 1 MK bible for people who love the series. Well, it's finally happening for real with a kickstarter!

It looks super cool, definitely worth checking out







I've seen updates on this here and there over the past year and change and really wanted it to be a real thing. Very happy we have the chance to back it and make it a reality now!

This Kompendium will come out before NRS gives us any news on the next game.

Fuck me... it's $45 shipping to the UK (or anywhere else in the world) if one wants the hardback. That's nearly double the price on shipping alone! :confused:

I'd like to have it, and want to support it, but I don't really want to spend $95 for a hardback edition of the MK Fandom Wiki site, half of which goes in the postman's pocket.

Can we also guarantee this is going to be able to be released, is there not any chance WB could cease-and-desist it after I might spend double the price just for the shipping and then get nothing?

Against all my better judgement I pledged.

It helped I had a £50 refund from a fashion store the other day for something they fucked up shipping a year ago I'd forgotten about.

So because I'd forgotten about it, but then remembered this weekend, then complained and got my refund... felt like I got free money (even though I'd already spent it and never got my item, but it was so long ago it felt like new free money), figured that funded half of it.

This is what happens when I don't have a girlfriend for ages and don't have much else to waste my money on! :oops:

However if I now never get my book because WB go "you can't release an MK book without our permission" and I can't get a refund, I'm going to be fuuuuuuucking fuming... just sayin' :coffee:

In the meantime...

So it’s back up and with 8 days left trying to reach 70k for an alternate cover by the artist Esau! Come on fans, show your support, there’s a chance to get a mask and cowl to the colour of your choosing for example! Now also a leather cover for those in the UK and Canada :)
