Right guys, the best date for this from what's currently happening seems to be either saturday the 1st of March, or sunday the 2nd of March, which is better for everyone? keep in mind most trains/coaches are more strict on Sundays.

I'd be up for making a weekend of it and going for both days but either is fine with me. Transport is way better on a Saturday as you said, everything is far more regular.

That is two weeks before Final Round too, which works out great for me.

Saturday or Sunday would be fine, but trains arent that great on a Sunday and occasionally there is also impromptu bus rail replacement service on a Sunday that's usually only announced about 48 hours prior.

Okay, right now I can only manage a one day event, on the 1st of March i will get to the HOG as early as possible and get everything sorted.

I will need people to help me out with copies of Injustice/MK if that's alright, I will provide the Xbox one and KI myself.

Venue fee is £10 for the day, and let's say £5 for each game you wanna enter, although there is an option to pay £15 for a weekend pass and sleep in the venue overnight if you guys wanted to make a day of it, but the tournaments will be a strictly one day thing.

Just got the OK for this from the HOG, so i'll try and get some stuff sorted officially!
