So far its looking like if you want to plays these remakes on a disc, buy a PS3. If you want to play them via a DL, then buy a 360.

I really cant see this being only on PS3. It may come out for PS3 first but I gotta believe it will be release for 360 as well. Maybe as an XBL download.

anywho, the sku has been deleted today, but fear not, you can get your money back at anytime, regardless if its deleted or not. No worries. Officialness is coming soon. hang tight.

Really? I've never seen a game that doesn't let you install.

saying that, if you can't, shang will suck hardcore.....
I would assume that most likely they will be able to load all the character data at all times even into ram, but who knows now. Even if it was on the hard drive, it would still have to access the hard drive for morphs if they can't load everything into ram, and even that would slow things down, or at least be unfavorable.
 
Sega's Genesis Collection has no install feature as a relevant example.

That's basically it. HD or not, they're just archaic sprite based titles. Both current systems have 488MB of RAM (24MB OS footprint), and that's plenty.

P.S. the 3d thing is if you have the Sony TV...the game shouldnt be 3d....if it is than thats it.
