Oh, yeah, you're not a true Mileena main if you haven't experienced this bug. Bonus points if you lose the round because of it. Best advice I can give to help with the consistency is to do a dash after Air Ball before inputting EX Roll. That way, the opponent falls a bit closer to the ground and everything's more likely to work how it's supposed to.
