Apparently, to unlock Mileena’s Flesh Pits outfit, you’ll have to beat the 300th and final challenge in the Challenge tower.

Apparently, to unlock Mileena’s Flesh Pits outfit, you’ll have to beat the 300th and final challenge in the Challenge tower.

Yes after The 300th Challenge you get Mileena's 3rd, and if on 360 you get the achievement for completion as well(I'm sure Ps3 has a Trophy as well).
