Micro transactions could actually be the single best thing to happen to this game and our scene guys. If the game continues to generate revenue on a long term basis then it gives WB/NRS a financial incentive to keep supporting it.

Why sell one full game when you can sell half of it for full-price and the rest in smaller individual packages

This has been the theme of gaming since online platforms became big. Back in the day your game was 100 percent complete when you bought it. Not some rushed turd that requires 15 DLC packages to have any sort of replay value. Shit makes me mad lol, it's why I don't even bother with gaming anymore.

Like some others have said, if it has no effect on performance I don't mind it. In fact I'd support it. Things like krypts and alternate costumes could be made purchasable with real money, and that could help both the developer and the competitive scene. If we want NRS to provide continuous support for MKX then these are the kind of things we must be open to.

The easy fatalities is ingenuous. You can buy a pack when the casuals come by or for a party where there are people playing for the first time.
