MADDEN 2013 [360]
BYOC
Double Elimination
1. 4 minute quarters
2. All-Madden
3. Clear Weather
4. Users can pick same teams
5. No usb ports to upload custom playbooks.
6. Depth Chart - No offense on defense. or defense on offense
7. No onside or squib kicking until 2nd half and losing
8. No fake kicks or punts.
9. No accel clock
10. Coaching is okay
11. Mercy- down by 22 at any point during the game loser may be allowed to end game.
12. Player has 2 minutes before game to set depth chart and audibles.
13. User will have 1 pause per half to make additional changes 30 seconds each
14. Violence in any way or abuse of any player will not be tolerated and may result in removal of the premises

Casuals:
If space allows, all games will be playable before and after the tourney.
Cost:
One time venue fee per person $5
Entry fee $15 for Madden 13
Entry fee $5 each for IGAU, AE and UMvC3.
All tournaments are split 70/20/10
Registration starts at 12 noon.
Brackets start at around 1pm.
If there is room and you show up with a full setup (monitor, console, and game) I will waive the $5 venue fee. This is good for the first 5 people who bring setups.
Stream will be either provided by FinestKO or Capitol Fight District. Will be announced later.
