I believe you can find people on the "signature request" subforum. You're surely gonna find somebody there willing to help or get paid. As for recommendations, I'd go with @Dark_Kobra . He's a great helpful guy and his kitana artwork looked pretty nice.
You did a nasty good job with your hitbox artwork, why are you changing it?
