Hey Guys, I've been playing fighting games for quite some time and I've always been familiar with the lingo surrounding frames. I always interpreted as "this move is quicker" , "this move gives advantage" but I was looking for some more detailed information on how to use the frame data given in training mode to up my game. Like how do I know if I can link a normal into a special by looking at the frame data? What do the terms cancel frames, recovery frames actually mean? What does it mean if one is greater than the other etc.? Is there a magic number or ratio when it comes to frames? If anyone could give me a detail break down or point me to a resource that would be greatly appreciated!
