Dude doesn't punish -20 on block, doesn't AA a super telegraphed jump in, dash grab at +13 and rage quits [again]. Shao Kahn finishing with "It's official: You Suck!" was the icing on the cake. I swear I don't know why we still pay so much attention to him, but anyway ...
