Actually no, unless you're doing the peak range f.2xxEX OH Toss it's quite punishable by opponents who know the data.

I tried against subs ex slide and it worked but could be that I used f2 I tested it right after the patch. It's definitely not -19 after pushback though.

This is a tech similar to @dennycascade tech.

In summary, complete your combo with roll f2 b4 or roll d3 f2 b4 and Lackey be able to make safe roll or jump and j2 can beat meterless wakeup.
