Extra notes:
-For the EX torryuken combo, make sure to take a step backward and time the s4~roll carefully.
-Meaty roll setups are good because they leave you plus on block and if the opponent gets hit you can confirm into d1 command grab.
-If the opponent armors they still have to eat an unscaled 9% from the roll, which is in your favor especially if their armor doesn't launch.
-Sweep ender and Torr Charge are hard knockdowns, but ending in 2f4~roll can be tech rolled.
-Corpse hop setups ambiguously cross up the opponent's wakeup inputs, making them have to guess which way to input whatever wakeup they want.
-A perfectly timed meaty b12 can armor break moves 15 frames or slower. Command grab doesn't provide enough hit advantage to break moves that fast though.
-Meaty D4 and NJK setups are good because they're plus on block and recover fast enough to block most slower armored moves. D3 works as well.
-After a jump back 1 in the corner, you can go into s4 for plus frames on block and confirm into 42+4 on hit.

How plus would you estimate it to be? It's beating out Laos spin which I think is 6f on reversal. Which s2 is 8 frames so mabye plus 2-5?

My estimate is around +3 in most of these setups, but if the frame data on Boulder Roll is correct it should be able to go up to +6 if blocked on the very last active frame.

Teach me frames lord ghastem :DOGE. I don't understand how you found that it can be +6 on the vey last active frame. And what about meaty bd2 in Ruthless? How plus would that be

Well there's 16 active frames and it's -10 when blocked on the first one, so if blocked on the last active frame then they enter blockstun 16 frames later while you recover when you normally would. 16 minus 10 is 6 so it should be able to be up to +6, give or take maybe a frame like Doombawkz said. Ferra toss is -1 on the first active frame with 22 active frames, so on the last frame it would be about +20 or +21.

woah. I understood it all , so you subtract the negative frames from the active frames on meaty to get how plus or negative it is?

Yep, basically. This doesn't work for all moves because some are designed to go into a different animation whenever they get blocked. Like Torr Charge for example has 33 active frames but will always be -9 no matter when you block it because Torr always starts recovering AFTER the move is blocked.

Lackey requires pressure to work, and high tech keeps him from doing it since she can more or less loop us forever on block, and her damage is higher on hit.
Shotgun can actually just zone us pretty hard.
