Strategy Kung Lao "True Damage" and Block Chip Damage Information

If you have seen my general info thread -> http://testyourmight.com/threads/general-true-damage-and-block-chip-damage-information.16772/ you should be aware of the concept of "True Damage" and this thread will show you what the true damage of all of your character's moves is, and I will also do bnb requests and update the info. I list the percentages within 2 decimal places for simplicity, but the actual numbers are longer so that is why some of these numbers don't seem create a product of 100 when multiplied by the number of times it takes, but those numbers are correct.

This data is great and highly appreciated. Now we will probably see the rise of some more moves being used. (like standing 3)

24 Low Hat!
i was waiting to see 212121's true chip damage....lol at 10%. Thats almost equivalent to a grab, but you keep pressure, can combo off of it at two separate points, you build meter like crazy, you get a mixup opportunity, you're neutral on block, and its 7 frames. official godlike string status.

10% chip and 63% meter build. Possibly one of the best strings.

I totally agree with this comment, every time I mentally note that I finish this string; it ends on me pressing 1.
