he doesnt need a low starter, the only mix up he really needs is b2, b22 and low hat, or b2, b22 and d3/d4.
they fixed most of his problems in tempest, (still has a few, like his mb hattoss not being worth the meter in that variation) plus unlike mk9, he actually has reliable mid strings.
