B32* not F32, yeah. It's probably his best string but it doesn't link into spin (unless you're in tempest) so you'll end up having to do the whole string (b321) into ex spin or ex hat.
F2 has hella range but again, spin whiffs after f21. I still think it's super useful, as is f23 (which works kinda like his 24 string from MK9). It's easily hit confirmable into spin and isn't stance specific (unlike 24 in MK9), the flipside is if your opponent blocks the f23 you're at -21, and it's very difficult to see that he blocked it in time to cancel it into low hat to be safe. So you just gotta commit to f23 low hat if you want to be safe, and thus potentially sacrificing a damaging combo.
