Ok i get straight to the point and would like to get some feedback about specific things i would like to lao in the next patch (hopefully if this happens)

Universal Changes

* JI2 Whiffing issues fixed
* 7f d1
* 7f s1
* Walk back speed increased slightly
* Back dash slightly faster
* Ex-Dive kick -9 on block currently its -23
* B2 16f start up as its currently 18f
* F2 0 on block currently its -1
*F34 to have gap removed OR make f3 faster
*F21 D1 to be -8 on block currently its -14
*B12 2+4 to be -8 on block currently its -13 ( Also fixing the issue with b1 whiffing on crouching characters )
*F4 to be -9 on block currently its -13


Buzzsaw

*BF2 to have slight more hit advantage
*Increasing hat damage to 7% or make hats spawn faster without it reaching the end of the stage
*DF2 ex to be a overhead and make it easier to combo off
*DF1 ex to have slightly less damage scaling

Tempest

*BF2 ex to have at least 10% damage rather than 7% and make it -8 on block as its currently -10

I Dont know what to add for hattrick as i use him lightly these days but ill leave it to @Eddy Wang

hat disappears forever once whiffed
ex tele into ex grab now requires 3 bars
when hit by an option select hammer, kung lao automatically disintegrates

212 part of the 11212 string needs a more consistent hitbox

Hat Trick
call back to be -5 on block
better hitbox on call back to prevent whiffing
Call back(standing or crouching) now +21 on hit for guaranteed hit instead of launching (would fix the juggle issue)
Ex Call back/EX Low Call back has armor, its +26 on hit and stuns for guaranteed hit instead of launching

I 110% agree with low ex hcb to stun. That would be fukn great to connect a 44.

Also yes the 112124 issue i agree it need fixing.

Hattrick needs it most buffs. I hope they buff him i will be labbing 24/7

BuzzSaw: Hat to be recovered faster if whiffed (Instead of the hat taking 3 seconds to come back it's now like 1-2 secs)

ExDb2/BF2/DF2 to have less damage scaling.

Hat Trick:
Hat Call Back hitbox to hit more consistently.

Hat Throw Out recovery reduced.

Pre patch would be a dream but he does need some universal fixes.

Buzzsaw: ability to use ex spin and spin twice in a combo similar to tempest.
Universal: teleport goes up instead of down like mk9;)
He needs faster normals imo because he's living in a game where 50/50s reign supreme and he has a lack thereof

F2 and b3 true mids
F23 gap removed
7f d1 and 7f s1
Teleport 2 fixed hitbox
Jump in 2 hitbox fixed so it doesn't ghost sometimes
General more safety on his useless strings and gaps removed (forgot the inputs lol)

Tempest

Ex orbiting hat plus 12 again - it has pushback already so no blockstrings a but it would massively help his pressure of he has the d4 jail mixup again.

112124 orbiting hat works on males midscreen

11212 orbiting hat into 44 works on females midscreen.

(A personal hopeful buff)- orbiting hat hit adv increased by 3 frames for easier 44 follow up. But that's just me lol.

Buzz saw and HT- I'll let the other experts handle this but one buff I think they both need is Ex spin relaunches for a combo after regular spin like tempest. It would help their damage a lot.

HT call back hitbox massively fixed
Hatarang is a mid on the way back and doesn't ghost when Lao is hit

- Better walk back speed would be nice
- I love the b12 2+4 string; giving either b1 better startup or reducing the frames on block would be nice
- Reduce the startup of f3 to 16f and make it a high
- Back dash needs faster recovery; right now it's borderline useless
- Fix the hitbox of 112124


Buzzsaw:
- Make EX bf2 an OH
- Reduce scaling on EX bf1

Tempest
- Make EX db1 +12 again

Give him a longer ranged high as his standing 1, like Mileena's standing 2.

Faster top end walk speed.

Everything else is cool besides fixes, like to his jump 2, teleport 2, 112124.

A 7 frame button is not needed at this point, if the top tiers are getting nerfed. I'd much rather have a longer standing 1 so that intercepting people with it in the neutral actually works when you make the right read.

All my opinion of course.

KL doesn't need longer range normals, what he needs is better frame data and hitboxes on some of his normals, i compare him to MKX scorpion who had terrible buttons and terrible strings, his other variations such as tempest and buzzsaw makes up for them with hat spin and the low grinder, hat trick just sucks.

That is of course in general, his backdash needs improving as well, besides being slow traveling it takes forever to recovery, it doesn't even escape when players want to regain space and keep getting caught by random strings.

I excuse to repeat myself over, over and over again, specially about hat trick, anything needed for changing its on the thread, the trap design its flawed on its current status, giving him better hitbox on call backs doesn't solve his issues.
Long range highs won't solve his issues.
Call back from teleports or dive kicks won't solve his issues, the holes are just too big and those buffs won't even fix whats its in need of fixing.

@A F0xy Grampa as been saying this for ages and i know he agrees, Hat Trick needs more than just fixes, he needs the ronin treatment.
