Lets compile up whats known issues for Kotal

To get the ball rolling

-114 airthrow completely misses on F/T, regular and ex.
-Jip 2 randomly whiffs on F/T(fist just goes through his body)

kind of off topic, but i want a buff for total that makes his blood totem not go away if you get hit, pls Boon :'(
