Any combo that requires more than one bar to pull off, and doesn't give you positional advantage is not practical for Kommando.

I watched about half of it didn't know about exing the knives in the corner for more damage so that's cool why not just end it with the forward command grab though?

Ex. Knife combo is height dependent. I feel like it's not worth the bar for a a extra 2%

Highest damage he can get in the corner is 43% with a bar. Why waste meter when he gets 40% meterless?

Nice video but to answer your question on practicality, these combos use far to much bar to not break 50%. His meter is used for much more useful Ex cmd grabs and Ex parries between strings.
