He removes the aura after the move, same than the aura enhanced ice burst and Tyler mentioned later it was something from Unbreakable. So yup, that's an UB buff.

It's in the beta too. He has regular and low clone toss.

This has been known for some days now (it's present in the beta) there is an alternate command for klone throw (press down after the command) that sends it closer but it's harder to go under it.
