Killer Instinct: Season 2 – Maya Reveal + New Character/Stage Select and Match Outcome Screens

Well, you've known since Evolution 2014 that Maya is going to make her debut in the next season of Killer Instinct, but nevertheless you'll find this reveal trailer to be extremely pleasing to the eye, as it gives you a taste of Maya's gameplay, her level, and her victory quote upon winning a match. Also...who is that mysterious undead character near the end of the video? A potential teaser? Well, while you speculate on that, enjoy this special preview of Maya's combat prowess!

It's a place holder.

Small note I'd like to make about the gameplay video with her Ultra - I know a lot of people dug the whole scrolling select screen like all the old games had, but man am I happy to see they changed the select screen to a standard style. I really like seeing all the characters for some reason.

This is really going to feel like we are playing KI4.

Not sure how I feel about a zombie character. Zombies are kinda fucked out in games at this point. I'll wait and see to make judgement, though.

I'm still hoping Tusk makes it.

I'm pretty sure in the first video that's her non-placeholder Ultra at the end. It has the typical Ulta-Ender launch where you can juggle for follow-up swag, and it's definitely not a copy of Orchid's like you see in the TGS gameplay video.
