Killer Instinct: IN THE RAW - Advanced Gameplay Sample

To those who are anxious for the future arrival of the new Killer Instinct, here's something that will definitely diminish your patience limits (in a good way, of course!). This post features a sample of high-level gameplay with a handful of characters, all on a raw build of the game. Do note: as this is a raw build, a lot of what you will see in the video is bound to undergo some alterations before the official launch of the game. Nevertheless, a glimpse into the future is always a gripping moment for an enthusiastic gamer, so sit back and watch this seven-minute demonstration with notepads prepared!​

This is actually really cool. I didn't realize how little damage combos do in this game. I was still under the impression that all of them basically drain half your life, but that's not the case here. I'm hoping someone I live near buys an xbone so I can try this game out though.

This seems like a fast paced HEAVILY footsie based game. I can see manuals becoming prominent in the meta game, as they are hard to break and more than likely do more damage. Seems very fun. I wish I could be one of those day one guys -_- sadly I won't tho.

Yeah I guess I feel this ways cause I spend so much time on DHGs forums where stuff like this gets posted the minute it happens and so many pages of comments lol.

-I will try my best to turtle in KI3 and find a way to make it work.
-If they make Spinal a rushdown character I will transform him into a mid-range zoner.
-I will never do more than 10 hits and still manage to out-DPS my opponent.

Those are my goals. I will play this game the way it doesn't want me to play it! Mark my words Double Helix, I will make your pretty game look bad, your fair moves look cheap and your deep mechanics and spaghetti mind games look non-existent!
