Killer Instinct EVO Panel: Maya, Air Counterbreakers,and More

Over in Vegas, Iron Galaxy has been hosting a Killer Instinct panel offstream releasing information on their development of Season 2. IGN will be releasing the whole panel on their site at a later date. All points I'm posting are courtesy of KICentral (https://twitter.com/KI_Central).

Season 2 Content:

- "Bundle" options like Season 1
- Resetting "Jail" system and refining it
- Fulgore will be receiving changes to become more accessible

- Air Counterbreakers will be possible with the entire cast
- New ladder system and stage intereactions
- Considering a best-out-of-three for Ranked
- Stage Ultras

- Season 2 Classic costumes will be more akin to the originals
- Season 1 still has hidden tidbits
- Working on the soundtrack
- Fixing broken combos
- Ranks past 40

I don't like the idea of "best of three" for Ranked. Ranked doesn't matter that much and oftentimes you get matched up with the same people anyway.

I actually like the idea since it gives me more matches with people I'm having a good time fighting against.

There's always private matches but sometimes a best of three is just enough.

Just give us the option to play ranked with 4 lifebars.
